Managing 9 staff across 3 teams, upskilling and change management.
Major IT projects: cybersecurity, applications, transfer of activities, working with department heads and elected officials.
€2M budget management and reporting to the management committee.
Result: EDR on 100% of devices and off-site backups for the entire IT estate (about 500 devices, 500 staff).
Result: 3 public tenders run: copier fleet, IT hardware, full infrastructure overhaul of the Caligny Dynamic Test Centre (a council-run facility).
NIS2 cybersecurity policy (EDR, micro-SOC, MDM, patch management) and a harmonized IT foundation.
Active Directory hardening, M365 multi-tenant, AI and BI tools for departments.

Managing 5 technicians, €600k budget and hardware fleet renewal.
Result: about 20% saved on the IT operating budget (new ITSM, support redesigned with a service provider, mobile lines moved to a single carrier, standardized PC imaging, copier contract renegotiated).
Result: renewal of 600 PCs, 300 phones and 150 copiers across 50 sites; SLAs and a weekly backlog sharply cut ticket response and resolution times.
Supplier relations.
Administration of the 365 tenant, Active Directory, network (Wi-Fi, switches, NAS, telephony).
